What Vince Brasco may lack in height, he more than makes up for it in dedication and work ethic. Known by many as Mini Hulk, the 4-foot-one-inch-tall bodybuilder shows up big time at the gym. Despite being born with a form of dwarfism called achondroplasia, it doesn’t stop Brasco from hitting the gym as hard as anyone else. The 25-year-old from Pennsylvania has become a professional bodybuilder and he has definitely put in the work to earn it.

Vince, who weighs 87-pounds, can bench-press 265-pounds, which is over three times his own weight. Mini Hulk revealed that he became a bodybuilder to avoid the weight problems that those with dwarfism often suffer from. “I wanted to be a role model to everyone who has dwarfism. If you have a dream, go for it and never give up. Always believe in yourself,” he told Strength Addicts.

Besides always being at the gym, Brasco is a firefighter and says his upper body strength enables him to kick ass at his strenuous job. “I work out a lot – as much as I can down at my gym,” he said. “It really helps on the job. You need to be strong.”

Becoming fearless isn’t the point. That’s impossible. It’s learning how to control your fear, & how to be free from it, that’s the point. Necessity of action takes away the fear of the act, and makes bold resolution the favorite of fortune. -Francis Quarles Make everyday better than yesterday. Remember, every morning you wake up, it is a blessing. That first breathe you take, it is a blessing and not everyone is granted that. I have been a firefighter all the way since the age of 15. I have been in scary situations, dangerous situations, and ones where my fellow firefighters have been injured. My loved ones are always worried when I answer the call, but with god I will return home safe. I would not change a thing unless my significant other or loved ones would ask me to give it up. “Enter a room in silence, you will become known. Never seek validation for anything you accomplish in life. Remain humble and always smile.” @officialminihulk I think I would like a search and rescue puppy. @macolley you may know a crazy puppy that can help. #minihulk #mybrand #entrepreneur #inspiration #improvement #iamblessed #inspire #transformationtuesday #firefighter #help #athlete #adventure #trainhard #trainharder #overcome #offseason #officialminihulk #nooffseason #grow #greensburg #5percentnutrition #welcometomyworld
